The Right Track Program is designed to introduce, educate, and encourage young people to develop their passion for the arts and to explore career pathways through relevant, realistic, and transferrable learning experiences. Our learning model uses the traditional elements of Hip Hop (Breakdancing, Emceeing, DJing, and Graffiti Art) to explore creativity, critical thinking, and collaboration. Upon completion of the program, youth participants will understand how to pursue their passion for the arts through a variety of career pathways. In addition, participants will synthesize their experiences in an overall project designed and planned over the course of each workshop.
